Shipping Policy
Once your order is fulfilled i.e packed and posted it is the responsibility of the courier to ensure efficient delivery of your chosen products. We cannot be held liable for any lost, misplaced, late delivery or damaged goods due to transit issues. If you have any issues regarding the delivery time, lost parcels or goods damaged in transit please contact the courier used and they should provide you with compensation. We are happy to assist you in any way we can with any claim against the courier used.
Generally we use Royal Mail. Sometimes delays may be experienced due to postal worker strikes and / or holidays such as bank holidays and busy times of year such as the festive period (the whole month of December), Christmas and New Year. Please bare this in mind when placing an order.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products we provide we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products. If you believe a product to be faulty e.g a broken pump please do not hesitate to contact us and we'll be happy to help resolve any issues.
